Terms of Service
The powerblockgroup.com website is comprised of various web pages operated by The Power Block Group, LLC. This Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read the Terms carefully and maintain a copy for your reference.
Services Offered:
The Power Block Group LLC, offers hosting service contract(s) with a minimum order requirement of 25 unit spaces.
Online Registrations and Membership Accounts
Customer(s) who sign up on our website are considered to be a “Registered Customer,” or in possession of a “Registered Account.” Customer(s) with Registered Account(s) may be eligible to purchase our annual hosting contracts. Customer(s) with Registered Account(s) and active hosting are considered as an “Active Member,” or in possession of an “Active Account,” for the duration of their hosting contract(s). Active Account(s) will expire and revert back to “Registered Account(s),” following the end of their last paid hosting month. Registered Account(s) will be automatically terminated following 6 months of inactivity. Check “Qualification,” below for eligibility requirements.
Hosting Service Contracts
Registered customers or members are eligible to purchase hosting services when and if space is available. All hosting service contracts are for a minimum of a 12 month period. Members are responsible for all shipping & handling fees.
• Annual Payment Terms: Hosting service contract(s) paid annually requires the payment of new contracts as well as a $25 setup fee to be paid in full in order to initiate hosting service. Expiring contract(s) can be renewed for an additional 12 months by purchasing a renewal contract found in the members section. If service is not renewed by current hosting member, equipment will be returned/shipped to member’s stated address 3-7 days after last paid month and the expiration of such hosting contract.
• Monthly Payment Terms: Hosting service contracts paid monthly require the prepayment of the first month hosting fees and a $25 setup fee to be paid in full to initiate hosting service. Subsequent payments are then required by the 21st of each month. Expiring contract(s) can be renewed for an additional 12 months by purchasing a renewal contract found in the members section. If service is terminated for non-payment, member’s equipment will be returned/shipped to member’s stated address within 10-14 business days. If service is not renewed by current hosting member, equipment will be returned/shipped to member’s stated address 3-7 days after last paid month and the expiration of such hosting contract.
Hosting Contract Cancellation & Refund Policy – Members who opt for non-renewal of contract must contact The Power Block Group, 30 days in advance, via email. Members whom seek immediate termination of hosting contract(s) must contact The Power Block Group, 60 days in advance, via email. Member(s) equipment will be returned/shipped to member’s stated address 3-7 days after last paid month and the expiration of hosting contract. The Power Block Group LLC does NOT offer refunds on hosting contracts or deposits.
Qualification:
Member(s) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally allowed to use The Power Block Group LLC website and services as outlined by laws and regulations pertaining to each customer. Member(s) who have contract(s) revoked are not qualified to use The Power Block Group, LLC services on current or new accounts.
Taxes:
Applicable taxes shall be added to the price of services, unless specified.
Web Monitoring & VPN Access:
The Power Block Group LLC offers online web monitoring and soft restart functions to our customers. In the event where such offering of service is not possible, The Power Block Group LLC will hold no obligation to uphold this service. The Power Block Group LLC reserves the right to limit and/or restrict web monitoring access, or services associated, to customers at it’s discretion. We do not offer VPN access.
Overclocking:
Due to the potential risk of fire, we do not allow overclocked miners in our facility. All overclocked miners will be reset to original manufacturer settings prior to installation.
Billing Agreement:
1. Bills are generated in the first week of each previous month. Payment is due by the 21st of each month. If payment is not received by the 21st, the hosting contract can be terminated and member’s units would be shipped to member’s stated address within 3-7 business days following the close of their last paid hosting month.
2. We accept payment by BTC/Wire Transfer.
General Service Agreement:
1. Installation – 3-5 Business Days.
2. Pool Changes – 1 Business Day.
3. Miner Reboot/Restart – 1 Business Day.
4. Soft Restart – Instant via web access.
5. Software/Firmware Upgrade – 1-2 Business Day(s).
6. Fan Replacement – 2 hours if requested during business hours or a maximum of 1 Business Day.
* Fan Replacement Fee: $15 per fan.
Downtime:
We do not provide any credits on downtime less than 24 hours within each month, If downtime exceeds 24 hours, we provide credit towards member’s next billing cycle.
Termination:
Your contract(s) will be terminated without prior notice for reason(s) including any breach of Terms of Service, misuse of web-server application, VPN services, and website functions.
Privacy Policy:
We will only disclose your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy. By accepting terms put forward by,” The Power Block Group LLC,” you acknowledge and agree to that privacy policy.
International Users:
This Site is controlled, operated, and administered by The Power Block Group LLC from our offices within the United States of America (“USA”). If you access the Site from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use The Power Block Group content accessed through powerblockgroup.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions, and regulations.
